Enrollment Informaiton

To enroll your child you will need to bring the following information:

Enrollment forms, immunization records, daycare contract, emergency contacts and non-refundable enrollment fee of $25.00.  Please print, fill out and bring completed paperwork with you to the daycare.  Thank you.

To get weekend care you must sign up by the Wednesday before care is needed and payment is due before service/children  can be dropped off.
