      What forms of payment do we  accept?

• Cash, Money Order, Debit/credit card payments. There is a convenience fee of $3.00 for all debit/credit card transactions. 

Do we accept state assistance?

• Yes, we accept state/government assistance

What ages do you accept?

• 6 weeks to 5 years old

Is there an enrollment fee?

• Yes, there is a $25.00 non-refundable fee.  (per family) 

    Do we offer transportation?

• No, at this time transportation is not offered.
